Firstly, thank you so much for your kind words and the support you have shown to us and the whole community during this difficult time. As the family that we are we will get through this together.
It is hard to believe it is the last week of this half term already - where is the time going! Whilst it has been another half term like no other, we cannot thank you enough for your understanding, your continued support and your patience. Again we are lucky to work with such a wonderful community.
Year 1 Trip
Year 1 are off to Thorndon Country Park on Wednesday to look for the Gruffalo. We are sure they will have a great time. If you have not paid for the trip or handed the form in, please do so by Monday at the latest.
Natasha Brind's Bright Day
On Thursday, for a small donation, we invite our whole community to come to school in bright colours. It would be lovely to see parents / carers getting involved as well. This is in memory of Natasha, our much loved member of staff who sadly and very unexpectedly passed away this time last year. Any money raised will be donated to Cancer Research, a charity dear to Natasha and her family, in her honour.
Is your child, or a child you know due to start school in September 2021
We are looking forward to welcoming prospective parents / carers into school on Thursday 21st October either at 10.00am or 4.00pm. Please call the school to book this or a tour later in the term. Places on each tour are limited.
OCA (Our Clockhouse Association) Sweet Stall
OCA will be holding their first event of the year, after school on Thursday. Look out for the sweets stalls around the site on Thursday after school. Sweet bags are 50p. Please do support them.
School Closure
Please do not forget that Friday 22nd October is a staff training day and therefore the school will be closed to children.
