Year 5 visit Stapleford Flight Centre 2016
Year 5 had fun visiting Stapleford Flight Centre, where they got the opportunity to have a look around and sit inside a plane. They also learnt about the different parts of a plane and how this helps the plane to fly. The children got to meet the man who works in the air traffic control room and he taught them about his job and the impact that the weather has on air traffic. While we were there, the children got to see lots of planes taking off too.
