Another good week was had last week and we have another busy week ahead planned at Clockhouse.
Year 2
On Wednesday, Year 2 will be taking part in a workshop as part of their theme 'Let's Go To China'. Thank you to all those who have sent in contributions on paid on sQuid. Please do so on Monday, if you have not done so yet.
Year 4
Year 4 are off to the Science Museum on Wednesday. Please ensure consent forms and contributions are returned on Monday if you have not done so already.
Year 6
We look forward to welcoming our Year 6 parents / carers on Wednesday for Learn with my Child at 9.10am - 11.45. Please come for as little or as much as you can. As with the other year groups, regrettably we are unable to accommodate younger siblings at these events.
On Thursday afternoon, Year 6 will be taking part in a Road Safety Workshop. Please do follow this up with them at home.
Strike Action
Please be aware of the letter that was sent out on Friday regarding strike action on Wednesday and Thursday of this week. The school will be open as normal on Wednesday. On Thursday the following classes will be closed:

Travelling Book Fair
The Travelling Book Fair arrives at Clockhouse this week and will be open to families to browse and buy after school on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday after school. This will be in the Key Stage 1 hall. Please do take a look. Please remember the book fair is cashless, should you wish to make a purchase.
Our Clockhouse Association (OCA) - Mother's Day Sale
Following previous successes, OCA will be holding another Mother's Day sale on Friday during school time. All gifts will be £1.50. If you wish for your child to purchase a small gift please send them to school with a maximum of £3.00 so that they can purchase a gift.
Comic Relief
On Friday we will be supporting Comic Relief, please remember that for a small donation (if possible) we ask that the children come to school dressed in something red or with red on.
Year 3
We are looking forward to welcoming Year 3 Parents / Carers into school on Friday at 2.40pm for the Cake Sale.
Sport
Good luck to the Sitting Volleyball Team who are representing the school on Tuesday.
