Weekly reminders for week beginning 10th November 2025

We hope the children enjoyed Best of British week and the children were excited to come home and talk to you about this.

Thank you also for your overwhelmingly positive feedback your gave to us in the questionnaire we sent out. We are busy looking at this and will communicate our overall findings with you in the near future as well as trying to address the improvement areas you have suggested.

Well done also for the extra efforts made for Amazing Attendance and Perfect Punctuality Week. A huge well done to our winners Peru and Kenya.

Remembrance Day
On Tuesday we will be holding our annual Remembrance Day Service. This has now become some what of a Clockhouse Tradition and an important date in our school calendar. Look out for the displays on the school fence as always. The children always work hard to complete these.

Year 4
We look forward to welcoming our Year 4 (Wednesday - 9.10-10.30) parents for Learn with my Child. Please come for as little or as much as you can. As with the other year groups, regrettably we are unable to accommodate younger siblings at these events.

Greenland
We look forward to welcoming our Greenland parents / carers for Learn with my Child on Friday morning at 2.15pm. As with the other year groups, regrettably we are unable to accommodate younger siblings at these events.

School Photographs
Please remember that individual school photographs will be taken on Tuesday 11th November. If you do want siblings photographed please come before school, this can also include siblings who do not come to Clockhouse.

Children In Need
On Friday, we are once again supporting the very worthy cause of Children in Need. Together we will come together by wearing spots. In doing so we will be having a non-uniform day where we will be showing our support by coming dressed in something spotty (a small donation in the bucket (or via Parent Pay, link shared) is all that is needed, should you wish to contribute)! Should your child have PE on this day, they can still wear something spotty for the day but will still be doing PE. Please keep this in mind when deciding what your child will wear. All donations received for this will be sent to Children in Need. Please help us support this worthy cause if you can!

Is your child, or a child you know due to start Nursery in September 2026
We are looking forward to welcoming prospective parents / carers into school on Thursday 10.00am. Please call the school to book this or a tour later in the term.

Things to be aware of
The annual Cake Sale will be taking place on 5th December for all those fabulous bakers out there. A letter will be coming out about this in the near future.
