  • Weekly reminders for week beginning 6th October 2025

It is hard to believe that we are already a week into October - where is the time going!

Thank you to all of those who showed their support for the school on Thursday by having a school dinner!

    Harvest Festival
On Tuesday we will be having our annual Harvest Festival with the children. As per the letter that came out earlier in the term, we will be collecting for the Food Bank who are in great need at the moment. Please send donations in with the children and we will pass these on

    World Mental Health Day
On Friday we will be supporting World Mental Health Day. This is a charity close to the school's heart and we ask that the children come to school in non-uniform including something yellow - this can be a small as a hair clip, a pattern on socks etc. to show their support. If you wish to donate this will also be gratefully received. PE will continue as normal.
    Year 4
Year 4 have their annual Egyptian Day on Friday. We are looking forward to seeing some fantastic costumes or yellow for Yellow Day if they wish.

    Sport
Good luck to the Year 5 and 6 Cross Country Team who take part in a Borough Competition on Tuesday.

    School Closure
Please do not forget that Friday 24th October is a staff training day and therefore the school will be closed to children.

    Things to be aware of
Open Evening is coming up (22nd and 23rd October). Letters and the information regarding our new booking system will be coming home in the near future.

We finish for half term at the end of the day on Thursday 23rd October. We return to school on Monday 3rd November.
